RETURNS POLICY

In the event, you wish to return a product we have the following returns policy.

  • If you want to reject a product from your current delivery you must do so at the point of delivery when our driver is still at your store. This will be marked down on your delivery note and a credit will be applied to your account.

  • We do not accept any returns from a previous delivery.

  • If you are sent a product which has been miss-delivered by us after you have signed for the delivery and our driver has left, you will be refunded but we will not return the product.

  • If you are sent an incorrect product that has been confirmed via our order confirmation email then we will not be able to return this product. Please make sure you check your order confirmation email at the point you place your order and call us to make any changes.
