Who are we?
DIBS Distribution is a successful, family-owned and managed UK business.
In 1987, coming from KFC production expertise (Barry Payne) and national distribution experience (Ian Payne), the Payne brothers combined their talents and entered into the business of portioning and distributing chicken products to restaurants in the Greater London area. Continual investment in people, technology, NPD and distribution facilities has enabled the company to keep pace with the massive growth of the QSR market. DIBS is now one of the UK's leading independent processors and distributors of fresh poultry portions, frozen and dry food products and food packaging to QSR restaurants in England, Wales and Scotland.
The business is controlled by a management team consisting of 8 family members, including the co-founders who continue to occupy senior positions within the business. In addition to the family, DIBS currently employs 55 full-time members of staff across all areas of the business including distribution, sales, food hygiene, engineering and food manufacturing.
Where are we?
DIBS Distribution operates from 3 buildings on the Clock Tower Industrial Estate in Isleworth, Middlesex. We are 3 miles from Heathrow airport and 10 miles from central London. The nearest landmark is Twickenham Stadium, the home of English rugby, which is 1 mile from DIBS.

Our raw material (whole, fresh Halal chickens and chicken portions) is sourced from a wide European network of EEC approved slaughterhouses and cutting plants. We carry out pre-audit assessments of prospective suppliers and annual audits of existing suppliers.
Our frozen, dry food and packaging products are sourced from a wide global network of EEC approved plants.

We produce and sell a wide range of raw, fresh Halal chicken portions, to which we can apply many different flavours and mixing processes to suit our customers’ needs. We stock a huge range of frozen Halal chicken products and other items suitable for QSR restaurants. Other items available from DIBS are QSR packaging, sauces, chicken coating systems, cooking oils, drinks and marketing material. We do not stock or sell pork or alcohol products. We are continually developing new products in line with the newest eating trends and flavours.

Our Chicken Processing
The DIBS chicken cutting plant is 100% Halal, MHS approved and HACCP controlled. Our EEC / Health Mark number is UK 6397. Our HACCP system ensures that every product we make has been controlled to maintain temperature limits and traceability. The controls ensure that cross-contamination is avoided. The HACCP system encompasses our purchasing and distribution activities as well as the processing of raw material in the cutting plant.
Our Distribution Network & Facilities.
The DIBS Distribution network is extensive and far-reaching. We are able to deliver throughout England and South Wales twice a week and to Scotland once a week. Our delivery vehicles are temperature controlled with dual bulkhead (multi-temperature) facility. All vehicles are fitted with satellite navigation hardware and sleeping facilities for our drivers.

The customer service department is open 6 days a week to deal with an extensive and varied amount of customer enquiries.
Monday to Friday - 10.00am to 17.00pm
Saturday - 10.30am to 13.30pm
