To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please have the following ready before you begin:

  • A clear photo of your product label showing the stock code, works order and use-by date

  • A photo of the product or issue you are reporting

 

Once submitted, your request will be automatically directed to the relevant department and you will receive a confirmation email with your unique Ticket ID. Please quote this in any follow-up correspondence.

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is as follows:

  • Due to the perishable nature of the goods we sell, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you wish to reject a product upon delivery, please do so in the presence of the driver. This will be recorded on your delivery note and a credit will be applied to your account where applicable.

  • We do not accept returns for any previous deliveries.

  • If you receive a misdelivered product after signing for it, we will provide a refund where applicable but will not return the product.

  • If you have received an incorrect product that matches an order confirmation, we are unable to accept a return. It is essential to check your order confirmation at the time of placing the order and contact us if any changes need to be made.
