Just like the independent chicken market, DIBS has championed Peri-Peri chicken from its early beginnings.
In 1992 Nando's opened its first UK restaurant in Ealing, West London - this was the first commercial experience of Peri-Peri the UK had ever tasted.
As Nando's grew so did the demand for quality and consistency and at the turn of the millennium, DIBS supplied Nando's with over 10mt per week of pre-marinated Halal chicken portions to over 40 Halal restaurants across the UK.
This experience enabled DIBS to fully understand the processes required to produce the ultimate Peri-Peri flavour.
Having seen the success of Nando's, many discerning businessmen and women decided to open their own Peri-Peri restaurants and DIBS has been supporting this independent market ever since, including a vast range of Peri-Peri products you can only buy from DIBS.
