Our returns policy is as follows:
Due to the perishable nature of the goods we sell, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you wish to reject a product upon delivery, please do so in the presence of the driver. This will be recorded on your delivery note and a credit will be applied to your account where applicable.
We do not accept returns for any previous deliveries.
If you receive a misdelivered product after signing for it, we will provide a refund where applicable but will not return the product.
If you have received an incorrect product that matches an order confirmation, we are unable to accept a return. It is essential to check your order confirmation at the time of placing the order and contact us if any changes need to be made.
