This expertise ensures maximum flavour penetration, consistency, and exceptional taste in every bite.  
 
Spatchcocking is a butchery method where the backbone is removed, allowing the chicken to be flattened for quicker, more even cooking while retaining juiciness. Perfect for grilling, roasting, or cooking in a combi-oven.
