Exclusively prepared at DIBS, our fresh Halal peri-peri mixed chicken wings are marinated to order using our industry-leading vacuum sealing process, perfected when we supplied Nando’s with Halal pre-marinated chicken in the early 2000s. This expertise ensures maximum flavour penetration, consistency, and exceptional taste in every bite.  
 
This premium mix includes 50% prime wings (niblets) and 50% mid joint wings (flat wings), offering a perfect combination of meaty bites and crispy textures.
