Exclusively prepared at DIBS, our fresh Halal peri-peri spatchcock small chickens are marinated to order using our industry-leading vacuum sealing process, perfected when we supplied Nando’s with Halal pre-marinated chicken in the early 2000s. This expertise ensures maximum flavour penetration, consistency, and exceptional taste in every bite.  
 
The spatchcock cut involves removing the backbone so the chicken lies flat, allowing for quicker, more even cooking while retaining juiciness. Ideal for grilling, roasting, or cooking in a combi-oven.
